Our Cancellation Policy

• 60 days or more notice of cancellation, a full refund less a $20.00 service charge.
• Less than 60 days, a refund for only the days the cabin is rented, less a $20.00 service charge.
  If not re-rented, no refund.
• No Show, no refund
• Early departures, a refund will be paid for only the days the cabin is re-rented.
• Please note if your reservations are made within 60 days of your arrival date and you need to cancel, there is a refund only for the days the cabin is re-rented. If the cabin is not re-rented no refund.
