Cancellation Policy
60 days or more notice of cancellation, a full refund less a $30.00 service charge.
Less than 60 days, a refund for only the days the cabin is rented, less a $20.00 service charge. If not re-rented, no refund.
Early departures, a refund will be paid for only the days the cabin is re-rented.
Please note if your reservations are made within 60 days of your arrival date and you need to cancel, there is a refund only for the days the cabin is re-rented. If the cabin is not re-rented, no refund.
No show, no refund.
Reservation Policy
Our Reservations require a 50% Deposit at time of booking with the balance due upon arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa, or you may send us a check by mail.
Miminum night stay may be required. Call or e-mail for details.
All Cabins are NO SMOKING.
PETS MUST APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. Pets may not be left unattended in any Cabin. There is a $10.00 per night fee, with a maximum of one pet per Cabin.
